I am 30 years old and have experienced allergies since childhood, which developed into asthma and autoimmune diseases. After finding that pharmaceutical pills affected my liver and stomach negatively, I sought a natural alternative and chose quercetin. Over the past 16 years, I have found that quercetin has an antihistamine effect, reduces allergic reactions, and alleviates systemic inflammation and mucosal swelling. My previous allergy symptoms, such as itching of the throat and tongue, severe coughing, and rashes, have significantly diminished. I take it daily with food due to the presence of bromelain, which aids in digestion. To prepare for the pollen season, I begin taking quercetin in March. Wishing you good health!
