Reduced side effects

For my Fibromyalgia aches and pains, I prefer this over the anti-inflammatory medication prescribed by my doctor, as that caused intolerable side effects. The only side effects I've encountered with Quercetin are dry eyes and insomnia if taken too late in the day, so I only take it in the morning. It’s important to note that you shouldn't expect instant results from the first dose; it needs time to build up in your system before you see a difference. My husband has started taking it for his chronic back pain as well.

My doctor suggested I take Quercetin for my heart and for fibromyalgia, as well as Malic acid (Magnesium). I am doing better than anyone I know with fibromyalgia, and I credit my supplements along with my anti-inflammatory diet and exercise.
