We conducted a double-blind, randomized placebo-controlled trial to evaluate how benescoâ„¢, a supplement containing quercetin, might help alleviate reflux symptoms. Our study involved 100 participants who were randomly assigned to receive either benescoâ„¢ or a placebo for six weeks.

The results showed that 39% of participants taking benescoâ„¢ experienced at least a 50% reduction in their reflux symptoms. However, this was not significantly different compared to the 47% success rate in the placebo group. Additionally, both groups reported a comparable number of reflux-free days and nights, offering no strong evidence that benescoâ„¢ is effective in treating reflux.

In conclusion, while we explored the potential of quercetin through benescoâ„¢, our findings indicate that it did not provide a significant benefit over the placebo. This suggests that those struggling with reflux might not find relief from this particular natural alternative.

Effective for reflux
I purchased this for my mother in hopes of managing her IBS. The ingredients are very well formulated, and she found the capsule size acceptable. She loved it because it helped alleviate bloating, acid reflux, and heartburn. Quercetin is known as an antioxidant with anti-cancer properties and aids in fighting inflammation. I highly recommend it.

Recommended for GERD
Excellent for GERD or EoE. I highly recommend this product. I combine it with DGL and Zinc Carnosine powders (from empty capsules) mixed with a bit of liquid, like water or aloe vera juice, to create a swallowable paste. While the taste isn't great, it's preferable to dealing with reflux!
