Simply wonderful vitamins! I’m on my second can now after a jar of 90 capsules. They are perfect. Unlike other vitamins, which often cause constipation and bloating, I’ve had no issues here. The composition is excellent. Highly recommend!

Bloating worsened
A year ago, I took these vitamins without issue. However, during pregnancy, my gastritis worsened, causing terrible bloating, pain, and loose stools. I stopped taking them and felt much better! Now, after experiencing toxicosis, I find it much easier without these vitamins.

Caused bloating
The vitamins weren't quite suitable for me as they caused severe bloating. While the composition is good, I ultimately had to give them up.
