I experienced an effect from these vitamins, which is notable as they are my first. They have large doses that certainly impact skin, hair, and nails during nursing; however, this also raises concerns for my child regarding milk allergies due to the bright urine. Additionally, I found a small dose of iodine problematic, as recommendations differ by region, leading me to supplement. A drawback is the size of the tablets—quite large and difficult to swallow, unlike others from a different brand that I found more manageable. While I noticed benefits, the inconvenience of the tablet size deterred my overall satisfaction.

Although I noted significant health improvements after taking these vitamins, I must mention the unpleasant fishy taste. The tablets are large and have a spirulina flavour that's rather off-putting, making them challenging to swallow. I've had a couple of instances where they stuck in my throat. Despite this, I do feel better overall after the course, indicating the vitamins are effective, albeit with a less than pleasant experience when taking them.
