They helped stop my hair fall and eased my skin issues (dermatitis). I used them during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The packaging is economical, lasting over six months! I previously had allergic reactions to multivitamins but these were fine. My hair looks healthier, and my skin problems have diminished. I definitely recommend them!

These vitamins were excellent for nursing. I initially delayed taking them due to allergies, but after a year, I returned with no issues. After just two weeks, my nails became strong instead of crumbling.

Itching and stomach ache
After starting these vitamins, I developed itchy bumps on my neck and experienced stomach pain. I gave them to a friend, and she also had stomach aches after two days. I’m going to throw this bottle away.

Post-birth, I took these vitamins and felt fantastic! My hair and nails improved, with no allergies despite my own allergy history. They were slightly large but easy to swallow.
