Strong immunity proven
Excellent vitamins! I took them during and after my pregnancy. My hair is not falling out, my nails are also excellent, and my immunity is strong. During the flu epidemic, my whole family fell ill, but I did not catch it.

Avoided illness effectively
Good vitamins! I was very pleased that after taking these vitamins, I did not fall ill and experienced no negative reactions from my stomach. I only took them for one month in February to maintain my immunity and ward off viruses and influenza. I successfully managed to cope with this, despite going to work and being in public places. However, it was likely a combination of measures that helped—before leaving the house, I smeared the inside of my nose with a protective ointment based on herbs, and upon returning home, I rinsed my nose with salt water and gargled with water mixed with salt and turmeric.

Rarely gets sick
I used these throughout two pregnancies and two years of breastfeeding. I entirely credit my vitamins for how seldom I fell ill. I successfully fended off numerous colds and flus while everyone around me was sick! They are easy to take and have never upset my stomach, likely because they are food-based. The only time I got sick was due to sleep deprivation. I only wish they offered an organic version because currently, the organic prenatals by Rainbow Light are only available in gel cap form with a four-per-day dosage! Until they offer a one-per-day organic option, I will continue with these. Just a heads-up: they have a rather unpleasant taste, so swallow them quickly!
