Shortened illness duration

Oh yes! I began taking it at the first sign of a cold, as advised: one tablet three times a day. Consequently, I managed three days of malaise instead of a week, or even ten days of significant illness. The 30 tablets are packaged in blisters of ten each. Although they are quite large, I had no trouble swallowing them, and there were no side effects.

No colds experienced

I find this product excellent, and the blister packs are convenient for taking a few with me. It's perfect for stressful days and the cold season. I notice that I don’t get colds or coughs when I take these, even during flu season.
