Essential flu supplement

The only thing you need for flu season! While working at Whole Foods, everyone swore by this whenever someone got sick. I’ve taken it consistently since, and it truly makes a difference. It helps significantly in preventing illness within my boyfriend’s family, known for passing sickness around. I’m stocked up with 4 bottles now and am fully prepared for the next flu season!

These are wonderful for building immunity. My husband and I travel internationally every two weeks, and during last year’s severe flu season, I was on a mission to enhance our immune system. We took one a day, and remarkably, we didn’t get sick. It's been two years, and the only times we’ve caught a cold or flu is when we’ve neglected our daily dose. We've learned our lesson and remain diligent now.

Counter Attack and Vitamin D3 have kept me free from colds, flu, and bronchitis. I used to suffer from bronchitis or pneumonia annually. My doctor suggested this product alongside increasing my D3 and using Umcka Cold and Flu chewables. Since this regime, I have remained cold-free. I take Counter Attack and Umcka if I think I'm coming down with something, along with 25,000 IUs of D3 daily. I regularly get blood tests, and my D3 levels are still within the normal range. (I didn’t rate the flavour as these are to be swallowed whole, not chewed.)

The delivery was excellent. I had to order Counter Attack from Amazon as local health food stores were out. My husband and I take this daily, and when many people are ill at work, we increase our dosage. I even hand out extra to protect myself from sick colleagues! It effectively reduces the risk of illness and lessens its intensity if you do catch something. It's not medicine, so higher doses may be needed. The tablet is large but not unpleasant.

For the first winter ever, I did not catch a cold or flu! Whenever I felt weak or at risk of illness, one tablet made me feel restored the next morning. Many friends suffered from flu, but I remained healthy, likely due to this supplement. I'll continue taking it when I feel something coming on!

Effective for flu

We use it at the first signs of a cold. The complex is intended for the prevention and treatment of colds and consists of medium-sized oblong orange pills. Each tablet contains 120 mg of vitamin C, 5 mg of chelated zinc, and a blend of herbal components, including andrographis, berberine, and elderberry extract. Although I initially pair it with other supplements for my teenager, it effectively stopped her symptoms. Another family member is now using it with added syrup for a cough. This product surely helps during illness, though we prefer multivitamins for regular intake.

An immune booster! I have been taking Counter Attack for a long time as I believe it assists in boosting my immune system. Initially, I bought it for the andrographis, but it contains many beneficial ingredients, making it a staple for regular use. Recently, everyone in my office came down with the flu, yet I remained fine, largely due to my daily dose of Counter Attack.

Saves from illness
Working! Begin taking an acute dose while someone is ill at home. It saves us! We feed our grandmother as soon as a child starts feeling unwell. It has rescued her from both rotavirus and influenza!
