I purchased this product as a remedy for allergies. I had previously used quercetin with bromelain from another manufacturer, but I switched to Solaray when my usual product was unavailable. It works well, though I had to increase the dosage to 3 capsules twice a day for my allergy symptoms to subside. I advise consulting an allergist regarding dosage. The product's quality is good, but the capsule size was a bit too big for me, causing it to get stuck in my throat twice. The taste is neutral, which is a plus. I definitely recommend it.
