Excellent! This is a great complex with good digestibility. To manage my mother's lifelong anaemia, she would drink a course of B vitamins. She often experienced substantial blood loss due to uterine fibroids, leading to haemoglobin levels below 70, along with light-headedness and drowsiness. Following the vitamin course, her dizziness disappeared, and her haemoglobin rose to 100. Another pleasant bonus is that her hair no longer falls out due to anaemia. I purchased these capsules for health rather than beauty, yet I've seen remarkable effects! My nails have become denser and are growing rapidly. My headaches have almost disappeared, and I've felt much calmer, no longer reacting overly to minor annoyances. While B vitamins won’t turn you into a 'vegetable', I’ve found that my sleep quality has improved, and I no longer feel perpetually fatigued.
