No bloating issues
Great product! I love it, and so does my family. I never thought I would find a one-stop shop for all my needs, but iHerb is superb! The fast shipment was impressive. Since starting this, my digestion has improved significantly, with no bloating or constipation. The packaging is excellent, and the product quality is fantastic. The taste is also great!

I take one capsule each morning with meals. After 1.5 months, I’ve noticed a significant improvement, especially in my skin, which is now hydrated rather than dry. Additionally, my digestive issues have disappeared, and the bloating in my abdomen has ceased. There was a lag of about two weeks before these changes became apparent, but I’m also feeling better overall with improved mood and sleep!

Bad aftertaste noted
Unfortunately, it wasn't very good. While it has a good balance of B vitamins, the aftertaste was unpleasant and it caused bloating, making it difficult for me to finish the whole bottle.
