Severe heartburn
A decent vitamin complex from a reputable manufacturer. The B vitamins from "Solgar" have a good composition at a fair price! Capsules are stored well and easy to swallow. However, after a few days, I experienced severe heartburn at night, while my husband had no issues. Consult your doctor for advice, as the dosage may not suit everyone.

The best remedy for fatigue! It contains the full vitamin B complex, and the nutrient levels are good. Taking one after lunch definitely reduces fatigue and leaves me refreshed by morning. However, I felt heartburn when taken on an empty stomach, although it energised me and slightly increased my appetite.
