Severe headache

I have been taking biotin for two weeks, but it causes severe headaches. About 30 minutes after taking it, I start experiencing an intense migraine that lasts for approximately two hours. Painkillers don't help, making life difficult. I previously took a higher dosage without issues. I've now reduced the dose by consuming only half the contents, resulting in less headache pain, yet it's still bothersome.

The capsules are large, and while the dose works, it seems excessively high. Each time I took them, I suffered from a headache, although my nails improved. Unfortunately, I also developed subcutaneous pimples. I completed the course but will opt for much lower dosages in future.
