Disappointment :( I read positive reviews and bought these tablets. However, after almost 2.5 months of usage, I’ve seen no improvement at all in my skin or hair loss conditions. In fact, things seem to have worsened. While the tablets are small, they are tricky to swallow due to uneven edges that scratch my throat. I definitely won’t purchase these again. The only positive is the packaging, but that’s not why I made the purchase.
