The jacket for the theatre is fantastic! The 250 white tablets are easy to bite off. I took them all winter with vitamin C Ester Xi 500 mg. Not one cold occurred, and the flu avoided us too, even with children bringing infections from school. Occasionally, we take one tablet faster than usual. Before the bath, with magnesium and vitamin C, we consume two tablets to enhance metabolism and flush out toxins. I highly recommend this for anyone concerned about their immunity!
