This is the best vitamin C I’ve ever tried, especially during transitional seasons like spring and autumn. If I experience a cold or sore throat, I take two at night, and by morning, I feel fine. For prevention, I take one pill a day.

The best vitamin C formula! I’ve taken this for the second time, and it is very effective. This vitamin C has ensured my throat has not hurt for a year, a marked improvement as it used to be constant, especially during autumn and spring.

I consumed the entire jar, taking one tablet daily. It provided noticeable improvements; my skin said thank you! If I sensed a change in my throat, I took 2-3 tablets a day and felt better the next day. I was also taking it with other supplements, including Rutin 500mg and Alpha Lipoic Acid.
