This is the best vitamin C I’ve ever tried, especially during transitional seasons like spring and autumn. If I experience a cold or sore throat, I take two at night, and by morning, I feel fine. For prevention, I take one pill a day.

Cold prevention success

The best vitamin C formula! I’ve taken this for the second time, and it is very effective. This vitamin C has ensured my throat has not hurt for a year, a marked improvement as it used to be constant, especially during autumn and spring.

Adenoiditis relief
Vitamin C is a staple in my household throughout the year. I started taking it regularly after a severe herpes attack three years ago. I had long experienced outbreaks, but this was my worst. Various treatments failed to help long-term until a pharmacist suggested combining vitamin C with zinc. Amazingly, it worked! Herpes has been absent for three years now. It also serves as a brilliant remedy at the first sign of a cold. My children rarely miss school, and my husband has not needed antibiotics for two years, even with chronic tonsillitis. I take 0.5 tablets daily, complemented with Ginkgo Biloba and such. Bruises have disappeared, and I prefer Ester-C with bioflavonoids for its longer retention and gentler effect on the stomach.
