Be cautious with Omega 6! This Omega 6 did not suit me, as I was unaware of its properties when ordering it based on reviews. After taking it, my health worsened, with a sense of heaviness and an old ailment flaring up. I discontinued its use. Researching this further revealed that Omega 6 can cause inflammation and blood thickening, which is especially hazardous for those with heart conditions. We typically consume sufficient Omega 6 from our diet, so use it judiciously and only under a doctor's guidance!

I take 1 a day, but after half an hour, I get a bitter belch, which isn’t pleasant at all—regardless of whether I’ve eaten. However, I sleep better, and while my dry skin hasn't improved much, I'll continue to monitor it.
