After taking this supplement, I fell into a deep depression. I had not started any new supplements and couldn't attribute it to premenstrual syndrome (PMS). After reading similar experiences from others, I stopped taking it, and my mood significantly improved the next day. This may be an individual reaction, but I advise caution if you are prone to depression.

I'd heard good things about evening primrose oil for PMS, perimenopause, and depression, so I tried it. However, after four days, I felt dreadful. My anxiety skyrocketed, my body was tense, and I struggled with sleep. I also experienced irrational anger and disturbing thoughts of self-harm. I’ve decided to discard the remaining pills.

Eliminated PMS symptoms
The add-on worked exceptionally well. My wife used it for two months, alleviating her PMS symptoms: depression, irritability, and abdominal pain. The quality is excellent, with a neutral taste and glass jar packaging. Although the tablets are large, they are easy to swallow. I highly recommend it!

Reduced PMS symptoms
I struggled with severe PMS symptoms but wished to avoid hormonal contraceptives. After taking two pills a day, I transitioned from suffering two weeks of debilitating cramps to only a couple of days with manageable discomfort. Additionally, irritability, depression, anxiety, and lower back pain linked to my period were significantly alleviated. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful primrose! My gynaecologist recommended this drink, and I've found that my PMS symptoms have significantly decreased. Previously, I experienced depression every month, but this has made a remarkable difference.

Effective for skin and PMS

I previously used a different brand but chose this one for its lower cost with similar ingredients. It proved effective for PMS symptoms, including irritability and depression. Additionally, it moisturised my skin and alleviated atopic dermatitis symptoms, which was a wonderful bonus.
