Excellent folate, lowers homocysteine. I bought it before planning a pregnancy to reduce homocysteine, owing to issues with all four genes of the folate cycle. I took 1 tablet of 800 once a day on an empty stomach. It does not cause stomach discomfort and does not trigger allergies. If I plan another pregnancy, I will certainly purchase more.

I have an allergy to all B vitamins. The only way to lower homocystosis is to take folate. After one pregnancy with fetal congestion, I took this drug for my second and everything went well.

I was prescribed a complex of vitamins. After drinking a jar, I felt great and experienced no allergies.

Suitable alternative
Usual folic acid is unsuitable for me due to allergies and my homocysteine levels did not decrease. I am now buying Folate in the form of metafolin for the second time, and everything suits me!
