Iron deficiency anemia linked to headaches
We explored whether iron deficiency anemia is connected to chronic daily headaches in a group of 100 patients compared to an equal number of controls.

The study revealed a significant link between iron deficiency anemia and chronic daily headaches. Interestingly, those with severe anemia experienced more intense headache symptoms.

While other iron-related factors were associated with headaches, the type and duration of headaches did not seem to vary significantly among patients.

I have tried many iron supplements for my anaemia, but only this one has increased my haemoglobin levels without side effects. It helped during my pregnancy and while breastfeeding, unlike others that caused headaches or digestion issues. I now exclusively use this one and recommend it highly.
