Essential for throat
This product works well for me. I have dysplasia and have long struggled with chronic tonsillitis, relying on numerous medications. Due to dysplasia, my body poorly absorbs magnesium, which affects my tendency for tonsillitis and adenoiditis. Therefore, I need to take magnesium consistently. I found that stopping magnesium leads to immediate throat issues. With a stable magnesium intake, everything is fine. Magnesium citrate is also beneficial for improving my sleep, although the tablet size is large for me.

Alleviates discomfort
I purchased this for myself and take it regularly. Previously, I had it in picolinate form, but I switched to these lozenges, which I have found delightful (despite the different form of zinc). The taste is very pleasant, and it softens my throat as it dissolves. I sometimes feel nauseous after taking zinc (especially from pharmaceuticals), but these lozenges didn't cause that issue. If you experience nausea, avoid taking it on an empty stomach. I notice its positive effects, especially when I have a sore throat, taking it every two hours as directed, which significantly eases my discomfort. Highly recommended!

Improves bowel movements
The pill is quite large, but I manage to swallow it without breaking it; however, it often gets lodged in my throat. On the positive side, my bowel movements have improved. I did experience diarrhoea after taking two tablets once, which led to frequent trips to the bathroom. Now, I stick to one tablet. I take vitamin C and iron supplements, so I schedule magnesium intake for the morning, saving vitamin C and iron for the evening to optimise absorption.
