Effective for pregnancy side effects

I took these vitamins to strengthen my hair, which has been shedding quite a lot post-pregnancy, and to improve my skin's condition, especially regarding my acne and greasy shine. My nails remained normal. I take two tablets daily, and this preparation contains essential trace elements. The Solgar vitamin complex is among the best globally for skin, hair, and nail health! I recommend it.

I have been taking these vitamins for half a month. I’ve noticed fewer rashes and less acne on my skin. My nails grow faster, and although hair seems to fall out less, I struggle to swallow the large pills easily.

Excellent! This supplement is incredible! It has entirely cleared my skin of acne. At 40, I've struggled with acne throughout my adult life, but Solgar Skin Nails & Hair, paired with my hydration efforts, has worked wonders. I’ve been dealing with pimples for the last four years, but since starting these vitamins, my acne has significantly decreased, even reducing faster when they do appear. I take them alongside vitamin E from the same brand. Just a note, occasionally swallowing the pills can be challenging.
