I took these vitamins to strengthen my hair, which has been shedding quite a lot post-pregnancy, and to improve my skin's condition, especially regarding my acne and greasy shine. My nails remained normal. I take two tablets daily, and this preparation contains essential trace elements. The Solgar vitamin complex is among the best globally for skin, hair, and nail health! I recommend it.

Beware of acne! Small spots appeared quickly after taking these capsules. At first, I struggled to connect them with the capsules, but after reading negative reviews, I realised this is a common issue. I wonder if it relates to my allergies. I regret ordering a large quantity all at once.

The result is zero. I took this complex for hair loss and saw no effect at all. My hair continued to fall out as before, and the appearance did not improve. Although I didn't experience acne or nausea, many negative reviews noted these, yet my nails and skin didn’t change either. Sadly, this complex didn't work for me personally.

Excellent! This supplement is incredible! It has entirely cleared my skin of acne. At 40, I've struggled with acne throughout my adult life, but Solgar Skin Nails & Hair, paired with my hydration efforts, has worked wonders. It took around 3-4 weeks to notice significant changes, and I've only been taking half the recommended dosage for five months. I’m grateful not to feel down about my skin anymore, especially since my lifestyle is very healthy.

After finishing a jar of these capsules, I can confirm my acne issues are resolved! I faced persistent chin breakouts for a year, but after starting these, my last pimple has disappeared, and post-acne scars are fading. My nails have also strengthened. I will be ordering more; this truly works!

These vitamins exceeded my expectations! My hair was falling out excessively and I had ongoing acne issues since my teens. After 1.5 months of use alongside omega-3, my skin is smoother, I've had no acne for weeks, and while hair loss continues, new growth is evident. I am absolutely thrilled with the effects!

I’ve been dealing with pimples for the last four years, but since starting these vitamins, my acne has significantly decreased, even reducing faster when they do appear. I take them alongside vitamin E from the same brand. Just a note, occasionally swallowing the pills can be challenging.

Using these vitamins since November 2016, my hair loss decreased significantly, and my nails became stronger. However, my skin worsened, with large, painful acne appearing on my back, and while my face remained unchanged, I experienced consistent headaches. A friend had similar issues after using Solgar.

Cystic acne developed

Did NOT work for me! I experienced severe constipation and developed cystic acne after a week of use. Such acne leaves lasting scars. The pill size was massive, hard to swallow, and I have yet to use the remaining pills.
