I've noticed less hair shedding and fresh growth, while my nails have strengthened and stopped peeling. However, the large pills are problematic for me. Perhaps others might not share this issue, but when I attempted to split them, they still harmed my throat.

I’ve switched from Lugzevibe to this, and it's astonishing to see a clear reduction in hair loss. However, the size of the tablets causes them to get stuck in my throat. I aim to take them consistently in the morning and evening for the best results.

Following a year and a half of severe hair loss with no shampoo helping, I shifted to the Vichy hair scrub along with the Solgar vitamins. Remarkably, my hair stopped falling out after just a month! The quantities have decreased to a normal amount, and I've even begun to see accelerated hair growth. However, cutting the substantial tablets is essential to prevent discomfort from swallowing. The dermatologist also suggested adding 10 mg of biotin to help further with hair loss.

Alleviated throat discomfort
I bought this for myself and take it regularly. Previously, I used picolinate, but I don't regret switching to these lozenges. They have a pleasant taste and soothe my throat while dissolving. I often experience nausea with zinc from pharmaceuticals, but these lozenges didn't cause any issue. If you do feel nausea, avoid taking them on an empty stomach. I noticed a positive effect, especially when taking them every two hours at the onset of a sore throat, which greatly eases my discomfort. I recommend them!

My TB drop has significantly decreased, especially as I'm taking TB with Biotin. However, the large pill size poses a challenge for swallowing, often leading to a sore throat afterwards.

Following a bout with coronavirus, I experienced significant hair loss, which has since decreased by three times after just three days. The skin under my eyes looks better, with veins being less noticeable. The pills are large and hard to swallow, and I felt nauseous sometimes. The tablet size is excessively large for me, making it hard to consume, and even once swallowed, it feels lodged in my throat. While I could sense an improvement, particularly as my nails became stronger, I won’t purchase it again due to the unpleasant swallowing experience.

Improves hair loss

The hair loss issue has improved after taking these tablets for a while. I bought them during a special sale at a reasonable price. However, the pills are rather large and can easily choke one; I experienced this myself. Moreover, they have a bitter taste when bitten into pieces. A capsule format would make them much more palatable.
