There is a marked difference in hair loss before and after starting this supplement. Hair loss stops about two days after use, but resumes within two days if missed. Consistent use is essential to prevent hair loss during menopause. I wish I'd started it sooner.

During menopause, my hair loss escalated, causing me to panic. I initially tried another supplement, but it didn’t work. I started taking this one tablet daily, and after increasing to two, my hair loss decreased, with some new growth observed.

Mild effectiveness observed
I have severe hair loss due to menopause, and this supplement seemed promising, hence this is my third attempt. I only take one tablet a day, so I can't gauge its full effect on hair loss. However, I appreciate that the various vitamins make me feel better overall. The pill can be quite large and rough, which causes it to get stuck in my throat sometimes...
