Provokes migraine attacks
22 people found this helpful
CAUTION!!! Provokes migraine attacks! I took just a few capsules, and within twenty minutes I began to suffer from a debilitating migraine for four hours, unable to move. While my attacks have become less frequent over time, the dependence between vitamin intake and subsequent bouts remains very clear. I can't say how it affects hair, nails, or skin as I haven't tried that. Be cautious! My friend took it without issue, suggesting the reaction varies per individual.
