The very best for sore joints! I developed a sore hip and feared a hip replacement at 57. I tried a free 7-day sample of this, and it was miraculous. I've been taking these tablets for about eight months now; there’s no sore hip whatsoever. I recommended it to my sister, who experienced the same relief. Complex N 7 is beneficial for Bursitis in the foot, an inflammation affecting the synovial bursa, specifically in the metatarsophalangeal joint, Achilles tendon, and beneath the calcaneus. Symptoms include pain and swelling due to factors such as microtrauma and excessive load. After continuous use, I found pain relief in my legs and disappearance of swelling. My discomfort after long walks has drastically improved, and I have even noticed that the clicking sound when walking has ceased! I will continue to use it alongside Solgar’s other joint support products.

At 59, my right shoulder hurt so badly after COVID that I could barely raise my arm. An injection helped, but the pain returned. Salvation for my joints! With the cold weather's arrival, particularly when damp and windy, my joints, especially the knees and elbows, become painful. Thank goodness - it doesn’t hurt! For those ordering for the first time, I’m not sure how this product works, but it does. My family, including my mother, mother-in-law, and father-in-law, all continue to take it. It's hard to believe that their knees were in so much pain. Remarkably, after the seventh day, the pain subsided. I kept checking in, thinking it must be a temporary effect of a dietary supplement easing pain! My mother previously struggled to sleep on her right side due to hip joint pain, while my father-in-law couldn't sleep without painkillers. Now, he runs up the stairs! This product has been a godsend for us.
