While the concentration of individual fatty acids is not particularly high, this complex maintains a balanced ratio that works effectively. I suffer from a cold allergy, which makes my skin very flaky in autumn and winter. Most creams provide little help, but with this complex, my skin adapts to the cold faster, and the peeling has stopped.

No improvement
Unfortunately, this did not meet my expectations. Despite following the instructions closely, I didn't notice any improvement in my skin or hair, which remained dry and lifeless. While I didn't fall ill during winter, I can't credit that to the omega. There were no side effects, such as pimples or allergies, but I rate it only two stars for the timely delivery!
