It does not induce heartburn! I have tried various brands, and after switching from Solgar, other brands caused heartburn. Conducting an experiment with polystyrene foam convinced me that this is a natural Omega. I have chosen 3-6-9 due to insufficient fats in my diet.

I took the same product in a smaller container on Sunday. Excellent vitamins; the capsule is comfortable and not overly large. Most importantly, when taken correctly during meals, it does not cause heartburn or a fishy aftertaste.
