An outstanding product that we all in the family enjoy! The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow; they don’t get stuck in the throat. Since starting this supplement, I’ve noticed improvements in my skin quality and blood test results (I checked before and after). SOLGAR has proved to be the best! Great product! We drink it with the whole family, and since we started, my children have stopped catching the flu, leading to a cheerful atmosphere in our home. I have been taking Omega-3 for several months now, and the quality is exceptional. It has certainly provided benefits. Prior to this, I frequently had morning throat pain and colds almost monthly, but now such occurrences have significantly reduced. However, the capsule size is quite large, making them difficult to swallow at times, thus the reason for deducting one star.

Prevention of illness
I've been taking Omega-3 and have found it excellent for supporting my immune system. During its use, I did not fall ill despite exposure to viruses in the office. Typically, I had throat issues that would lead to infections, but this time they did not escalate to pharyngitis or tonsillitis, which is a notable change for me. I've also noticed that I'm feeling less anxious and my nails have become stronger. Additionally, my skin has improved noticeably in hydration.

My husband and I began taking Omega-3 during the pandemic as recommended by my gynaecologist for ongoing health. Despite feeling under the weather due to a virus, we continued to consume Omega-3 alongside our other vitamins. The capsules gave a slight oily sensation initially but proved beneficial for our recovery. I appreciate the thoughtful packaging and substantial EPA and DHA levels per capsule.
