Large Dosage Working B1 is for alkalising; I previously used cocarboxylase, but I prefer this B1. I take only 1/4 of a tablet per day, and to avoid any overcursor, I consume a group of vitamins B50 and magnesium. The headaches have vanished.

"Exceeded expectations" The product is quite effective if you divide this large tablet into three parts. I wouldn’t recommend taking it whole unless you want a headache. Divided, it yields about the same effect with two parts, but a third of the pill provides the desired outcome. Therefore, it does work well. However, its cost is a downside; buying 100 tablets taking one per day, is more economical with competitors, especially considering that Solgar charges for the brand itself.
