Reflux relief

Thank you, iHerb. I experienced frequent anxiety, particularly the day after consuming alcohol, alongside nightmares and uncontrollable emotions. After using Russian Thiamine Bromide injections like water and taking two B1 tablets from Solgar each morning, I could hardly recognise myself; I experienced migraines and detachment. However, taking just one capsule in the morning calmed me completely, removing irritability, anxiety, and nightmares. I also want to note that after starting B1, my gut-intestinal reflux, which caused constant heartburn after any food intake, disappeared. I suffered from heartburn for several years and had relief only from omeprazole until convulsions appeared. Remarkably, after the first B1 capsule, I had no heartburn for three days. This is truly miraculous for me.

No reflux
This product is easy on the stomach as it does not cause acid reflux. However, I did not notice any significant benefits after taking it for more than a week.
