Works very well

I love this magnesium. It works exceptionally well. The tablets are large but coated to slide down easily. However, I would prefer it in a capsule or powder form, especially for patients who struggle with tablets, as it can easily be added to food or drink. The product itself is very effective.

Not effective brand
I really love magnesium malate, but not this brand as it caused a constant lump in my throat.

Lowered blood pressure

To improve my migraines, I began taking magnesium after noticing a drop in headache attacks upon using triptan. Although the capsules are sizeable, I found chewing them was more manageable. I noticed a significant reduction in my blood pressure, around 10mmHg, thanks to its vasodilatory effects, which surprised me. My husband, who also started taking it, has seen his blood pressure decrease as well. We plan to continue monitoring our renal function while using it.
