We take 2 capsules at the first signs of a cold, and for 2 years, we have not fallen ill. If flu has taken hold, my son takes 2 capsules every 2 hours, and by morning, the cold is gone. This has been effective for us!

This is the best defender for the body! Whenever the first signs of illness appear, such as a slight throat swelling, we take it immediately, and it often helps within an hour. It's not a cure for the flu if you've already contracted the virus but certainly lessens symptoms, reduces the duration of the illness, and may avoid antibiotics. However, use it as soon as symptoms arise, and it can also be taken preventively during autumn and winter. It's truly a miracle pill.
