Super quality! Unlike others, it doesn’t cause heartburn, and it has a pleasant taste. I take it with meals. The size is a bit large, but it’s manageable if you wet it beforehand. The ingredients are excellent, sourced from small fish low in mercury.

Heartburn possible
I take one pill daily... The pill size is quite large. There’s no smell, but I'm prone to heartburn if taken on an empty stomach, and sometimes I feel a bit nauseous, even after eating.
