Good for heartburn
I take it for the second time. It effectively reduces my acne and improves my skin quality. Importantly, there’s no fishy taste or heartburn, which I've experienced with other brands. One capsule a day suffices.

No unpleasant effects
This is excellent triple strength with a good EPA and DHA ratio. The normal dosage means no need to take several capsules. I experienced no heartburn or fish burping. I will purchase more.

Recommended, no discomfort
I drink this on my endocrinologist's advice as the dosage is good, and I’ve not experienced any side effects like heartburn and nausea, which I've had with other omega-3s.
