I'm taking this for my father who has diabetes. I prefer sublingual forms, especially for those with gastrointestinal problems or elderly. These tablets are excellent, particularly since they are sweetened with stevia!

The most comfortable! No complaints from my gastrointestinal tract. I put it under my tongue, and that's it. My father with diabetes can also take it, as it contains stevia instead of sugar.
