I use six 600mg cinnamon capsules daily to support my diabetes treatment alongside prescribed medication. I wish to eventually eliminate my need for prescribed medicine using only natural supplements, but I haven't found the right combination yet. I limit myself to six capsules daily to prevent stomach upset. This brand is the most affordable from a reputable manufacturer that I've encountered.
