I absolutely adore this product! I've tried various alternatives, but none prevent the gas and pain from dairy like this one does. I buy three bottles every three months and take them with every dairy meal. I usually indulge in ice cream, taking about five pills at a time, ensuring a big serving for value, and there's no pain, gas, or bloating afterwards. Without these pills, I'd suffer discomfort until the dairy clears my system. It may not work for everyone, but for me, it's incredible!

Now brand is one of the best you can use. It has significantly helped my digestion issues, particularly with dairy, lactose, and cheese. It's a complete enzyme; no bloating or discomfort problems anymore. I can eat and enjoy my food with ease. The cap was easily swallowed!

Does not help! Unfortunately, this complex does not assist me at all. I have suffered from bloating for a long time, and recently discovered I have lactose intolerance. I buy lactose-free milk, but cannot refuse cottage cheese and other dairy products. I purchased this set based on reviews, but after taking it with dairy products, the effect has been nil. It does nothing to reduce my bloating. I will look for another product; iHerb has a large selection. Be healthy!

Lessen bloating
Great at a higher dose! I’ve been trying to find a product like "Lactaid" since moving to Korea for my intolerance. This works quite well if I take 2 pills with any meal, as 1 isn’t sufficient. It seems to lessen any bloating and urgent bathroom trips. So far, it’s a good product!
