This is a very useful garlic oil; each capsule contains one clove. I take three daily without experiencing garlic burps or any stomach issues such as heartburn or pain. The large package is enough for the entire course.

Severe heartburn
This garlic caused me severe heartburn when I bought it, hoping for a non-stinky option. Although the smell is reasonable, I always suffer from heartburn and a bitter garlic-acid taste that rises from my stomach to my throat after consumption.

I ordered this product based on the reviews claiming there would be no garlic burping, but that is not true! Taking two capsules causes me heartburn and belching, while one capsule leads to just burps. I don't recommend ordering as I find them unacceptable, having tried both morning and night.
