An excellent and quality product, garlic exhibits an anti-infective effect, supports the immune system, reduces cholesterol and triglycerides, and helps alleviate hypertension. We mainly use it in winter to strengthen immunity. The capsules are very easy to consume, even for my young children. For optimal results, take 3 daily; if unwell, increase to 4-5.
