I can sleep well now, feeling revitalised in the mornings. I'm delighted that my husband mentioned he no longer hears me snoring! The size is larger than expected. Just a slight amount of water can cause throat blockage, so I recommend taking it with ample water or using a pill cutter. The quality is excellent, making it a wonderful choice.
