Omega-3s help reduce PMS bloating
Evaluation of the effect of omega-3 fatty acids in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome: "a pilot trial".
Moderate relevance to PMS treatment
We observed the effectiveness of omega-3 fatty acids in treating symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in a well-structured study with 184 women. Participants were divided into two groups, receiving either omega-3 supplements or a placebo over three months.

Encouragingly, we found that those taking omega-3 reported reduced bloating along with other symptoms like anxiety and headaches. Furthermore, these benefits increased with longer treatment durations. Overall, omega-3 fatty acids show promise for alleviating bloating in women suffering from PMS.

Bloating relief
Super Omega! The quality is good for the price. The jar contains a substantial 200 capsules. While they are large, I have no issues swallowing them. My husband and I took 2 capsules twice daily for a month, and I've noticed an improvement in my overall well-being and reduction in bloating. I feel less stressed at work, and I'm placing another order for regular use.
