Excellent Omega! I've regularly taken this for over a year, just one capsule each morning with breakfast. My vessels improved, and my gallbladder function is better. I recommend it for both men and women. Stay healthy!

I ordered this omega product again but, this time for my mother. Unfortunately, after taking the first capsule, she experienced a severe attack of cholecystitis. I later learned that other friends had similar reactions. So, I would advise taking it with caution, even though it fits well with my wife and me, and I would order it again for myself.
