We investigated the role of resolvin D1 (RvD1) in protecting esophageal epithelial cells from damage caused by acid reflux. Through exposure tests, we found that RvD1 could effectively block oxidative stress and DNA damage linked to acid exposure.

Notably, RvD1 not only reduced harmful reactive oxygen species but also enhanced the cell's ability to repair DNA damage, signaling a promising potential for treatment in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease. However, we need more studies to confirm its benefits in clinical settings.

Moderate reflux effect
Good quality with suitable size and ingredients. It helps with pain and inflammation, and while the power is decent and effects are fast, the taste isn’t great. I experienced some reflux this time, which I can't quite explain.

Gentle on stomach
This omega-3 oil is very good. I take two capsules with meals once a day. It's made under strict quality control and is free from harmful contaminants. Those prone to nausea or reflux with other fish oils will find this enteric-coated softgel a comfortable choice.

Persistent fishy reflux
This Omega-3 supplement was disappointing. Regardless of when I took it, I experienced persistent fishy reflux, which made it unsuitable for me.

Not recommended for reflux
The price is good, but I wouldn't recommend it for those with reflux or gastric issues, as it doesn't settle well and causes fishy burps.
