Hi, I take 2000 mg of fish oil daily. It has prevented my colds and flu for over 20 years. It supports the immune system and thins the blood, potentially enhancing cellular and brain function. I keep it in the fridge with my other oily supplements to keep it fresh. I also avoid gluten, dairy, soy, and sugar, and take other vitamins and beneficial oils that help my immune system, but the fish oil and vitamin C are fantastic for keeping my body and brain functioning well.
