Omega-3 is essential for our health. I buy this Now product for those awful hot flashes. Gradually increasing to three in the morning and three at night has completely eliminated them within a week! I’ve used this product for over five years with great results. I tried to discontinue it, but faced unbearable hot flashes, so I returned to Omega-3 and felt much better!
