Energy boost given
This multi is perfect for me. Since starting a low carb diet a few months ago, I’ve faced the "Low Carb Flu" for the first time, feeling drained and lethargic with headaches. The vitamin and increased water intake helped the "flu" disappear. I take 1-2 pills a day and have avoided stomach upset, which is usually an issue. They are pricier than usual drug store brands, but I believe they are higher quality, providing the energy needed for long workdays without jitters. The only downside is their large gel cap size, which could be challenging for some.
