Effective energy boost
This multi-vitamin has worked perfectly for me. After being on a low carb diet for a couple of months, I felt "drained," fatigued, and had headaches. This vitamin, alongside increased water intake, helped eliminate the "flu" symptoms. I take 1-2 pills daily (not every day) without stomach issues. They are pricier than typical brands but the quality is worth it—providing me the energy for my demanding 12-hour days.

Increased headaches
I was eager to try these as my husband enjoys the men's sport version. Initially, I felt fine, but by day's end, I developed a headache. Initially, I assumed dehydration, but each passing day saw my headaches worsen, and I felt drained. I rarely experience headaches, so this was alarming. After ceasing use, the next day my headache vanished; it seems to be linked to the green tea extract.

Daily headaches reported
These caused headaches! I took these well-rated vitamins for two months before realising they were the source of my consistent headaches. While they provided energy and improved my joints, I grew perplexed about the frequent headaches. When I missed a dose, the headaches subsided. Despite taking them with food, there’s clearly an ingredient my brain dislikes. Be cautious if you try these, as they may induce headaches.

Unwanted headaches
I was keen to boost my energy and sleep, but after three weeks, I only experienced headaches and noted a rise in my blood pressure. I am unsure if it was due to this product, but it was the only dietary change. The headaches were significant enough to deter me from continuing its use.
